I love this mic. I've used if for recording so far. Besides a little bit of noise, the quality was excellent.

This is a very good mic. You will love it. I also have the Sennheiser EW-545G2A. That's a killer one, also!

Overall this is a great microphone which all but the fussiest will have a quarrel with over the quality. Maybe it has just a bit of a gritty edge to it that a SM58 doesn't have but you need keen hearing to detect it. If you have a good voice you will sound good through this microphone.
